Adorable Products with Impressive Customer Service

The products are adorable! There was a mixup with shipping labels (another customer and myself; we each received one another’s items). However, the customer service (in fixing this mixup) was amazing! Heidi Lee was personally emailing me and she ended up crediting my account and she additionally sent me another box of items! Both boxes eventually arrived at my residence and I tried returning them, but she absolutely refused and wanted me to keep all of the items. This is unheard of in today’s customer service, and I will definitely be ordering from Strawberries and Cream again and again.
Things happen, but the way this was handled by Heidi was over the top in the BEST way.

Super cute and easy to use. It was my first time ever using overgrip tape and I was nervous to mess it up but this take is really easy to with with. I have played with it a couple time and the tacky feel definitely helps with my grip. It's super cute and I have gotten a lot of compliments! Highly recommend

The dry-feel grips are my favorite hands-down. I've tried other dry-feels, and they just don't compare. How to use

  • Remove the packaging

    Remove the transparent protective film and the adhesive sticker from the tapered end of the overgrip. Stick it on the bottom of the tennis racket handle following diagram 1 on the back of the package.

  • Wrap around the handle

    Continue to wrap the overgrip around the handle upward while maintaining slight tension on the bottom of the overgrip following diagram 2 on the back of the package.

  • Cut off the excess

    Cut off the excess overgrip and wrap the white Strawberries and Cream finishing tape around the top part of the handle following diagram 3 on the back of the package.
