Welcome to the Strawberries and Cream® Creator Community! These terms apply to creators participating in our affiliate and creator program.

Affiliate Links & Commission

Approved creators may receive a personalized affiliate link and/or discount code. Unless otherwise communicated, creators earn 10% commission on qualifying purchases attributed to their link or code through Shopify Collabs. Commissions are not earned on canceled, refunded, returned, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible orders. Commission rates, eligibility, attribution and program benefits may be updated from time to time.

Customer Discount

Customers shopping through an eligible creator link or code may receive 10% off their order, subject to applicable discount terms and exclusions. Discounts may not be combined with certain other promotions.

Gifting & Complimentary Product

Acceptance into the Creator Community does not automatically include complimentary product. Strawberries and Cream® may offer gifted products or special collaborations selectively based on creator fit, content opportunities, campaigns and product availability. Receiving gifted product does not guarantee future gifting.

Content & Disclosures

Creators are responsible for complying with applicable advertising and endorsement requirements, including FTC endorsement guidelines and applicable platform policies. Any material connection with Strawberries and Cream®—including affiliate commissions, gifted products or paid collaborations—must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously in relevant content.

Brand Representation

We ask creators to represent Strawberries and Cream® authentically and accurately. Creators may not make false or misleading claims about our products, discounts or their relationship with the brand, or represent themselves as employees or official representatives of Strawberries and Cream®.

Use of Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of the content they create. Strawberries and Cream® may share creator content through native social-media sharing features where available. For other uses of creator content, including advertising or other commercial uses, we may contact the creator regarding permission and any applicable usage rights.

Program Participation

Participation in the Creator Community is at the discretion of Strawberries and Cream®. We may modify program benefits, commission rates, discounts or other program terms, or pause or end a creator's participation when necessary. Any commission already validly earned will remain subject to applicable Shopify Collabs payment and eligibility rules.
